Successful candidate will have 3-4 years experience, Food and Safety Certification, and basic computer skills (Word,Excel).
Will supervise workers in inventory,cleaning equipment, checking supplies and rotating food stock, and coordinate the activivities of food preparation.
Submit Financial reports to Purchasing Manager as well as purchasing or requistioning food and kitchen supplies.
Work hours are 5:00 am - 2:00 pm., Monday through Friday.
