Oversee and coordinate the planning and implementation of all projects; manage project costs, quality and safety; develop and maintain client relationships; monitor overall safety and quality issues; prepare estimates and project proposals; assist in coordination of material and equipment schedules; manage and coordinate subcontractor and vendor contracts.
The successful candidate will have background in electrical construction, and experience/training in professional construction management.
Contract negotiating, electrical estimating and advanced knowledge of web based project management software is preferred.
