Should have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of electro-hydraulic operated cranes, its associated control systems and hydraulic components. Successful candidate will be required to travel extensively. Must be able to work independently to troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical and electrical problems on cranes.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of hydraulic circuits, components and troubleshooting.
Ability to read schematic and layout drawings.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Will be responsible of turning in reports in a timely manner (once job is completed).
Minimum 2 years hands on experience in installation, troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic or mechanically operated equipment.
OEM experience for ship & offshore cranes is preferred.
TWIC card required and valid passport.
Frequent bending, stooping or crouching.
Work offshore or in desert environments with exposure to harsh temperatures.
Frequently move up and down stairs, steps or ladders.
Work at heights above 6 feet.
Career position paying $20-22 hour plus per diem of $75.00-$125.00.
